Default A4 2.5 V6 TDI timing belt question

Hello ,

I have just bought a A4 quattro 2.5 TDI.It has 140.000Km.
I want to replace the timing belt. Opening the plastic cover i found that the timing belt is powergrip and not audi,vw or something! Also it seems in very good contition. Is this the default Audi timing belt or have been changed in the past with an aftermarket fro the previous owner??

A4 Audi is not equal to A4 vw, for Audi its just a model name, for vw it's a platform designation, and that motor was not available afaik in an A4 VW. I'm not sure if there's a forum that covers that motor, you might try tdi101 above to get started.

Hey, no big deal. You just might get a better response in tdi 101, or at least directions to better info somewhere.
