with the key in the on position (engine running or not) and the a/c on, do the cooling fans come on?

If yes, then you most likely have a bad fan control module.

If no, then it's probably the pressure sensor.

Where in Texas are you?

What was the source of the new module and sensor?

I ask because I helped someone here in San Antonio who had replaced the pressure sensor, fan control module, fuse block, and finally the computer and still had no a/c. It turned out that the pressure sensor he had purchased from ebay was defective, and was the root cause.

DanG144 has an excellent guide on how to troubleshoot these systems where he gives procedures to actually measure with a volt or digital multimeter to pinpoint the problem instead of guess. I would consult that.

Not sure, is there a way to bypass the module to see if the clutch will respond.
