I know what a weather or atmospheric correction factor is, that's why I asked. The SAE J1349 standard will usually be in the order of less than 5%, and only be that high only with some pretty extreme ambient test conditions from the benchmark 25°C and 99 kPa. An example is testing on a 100°F (38°C) day. in this case, the CF would still only be 2.5%.

I don't have a pdf of the original J1349 on-hand so I can't verify the statement, but the above states that the SAE spec has an upper limit of +/- 7% anyway.
