I've seen this video before. Looking at the body shells, it is obvious it was made many years ago.
This is a neat factory, but it is purely a PR exercise. If the all the products were built this way, a Golf would start at about $70k. That is the slowest moving production line for a car, ever. Well, in this day and age, anyway.

The Phaeton still looks the same, except for a different front end and different taillights, so it's hard to tell when the video was made.
