Hi all
I finally got round to doing a custom fmic install on my mk1 leon tdi. Overall it took me and a couple of mates 6 hours to wait, but we did doss alot and muck around a bit :p You can call this a guide if you want, im going to put a picture thread up :)

Bumper removed and showing original intercooler

Intercooler removed

Crash bar being cut

New map sensor pipe as the map sensor was situated on top of the old intercooler

FMIC being offered up and lined up to the car

Map pipe and silicone was from forge motorsport, the rest of the stuff is from ebay :)

Looks great :)

What does it drive like now?
Cheers, it drivers much smoother and it pulls harder, just need to get the map tweaked now as it drops 2psi of boost slightly which is normal when fitting a bigger fmic, im happy tho, had a couple of rolling starts against my mates fabia vrs running 187bhp and 314ftlb and we are dead even :) hes even got a milltek turbo back, AmD remap and pd160 intake ;)
