Default Anything available yet for the CBEA?

Just like it says, has anyone developed some power additions for the 09 CBEA TDIs?

Ive seen the intake and exhaust that adds like 2hp, so im not interested in those at all. I mainly want something to help with the turbo lag.

thanks all.

Nah, I've read a bunch of threads and got tired of looking for a simple quick answer, last I read they still haven't developed a good tune for them.

You've found everything I've read then. There is one or maybe 2 people tuning them as of yet. However, Alligator tuning is running a test vehicle now but it will be a while so they can guarantee DPF compatibility and RC just won't do it until it's out of warranty. Sucks because these engines have to have amazing potential. The fuel delivery is so far superior to everything older, but it just doesn't matter that much with all the emissions limitations. I'd love to see a CBEA with a straight exhaust and a VNT-22 or larger framed turbo, tuned to the max. 250hp should be easy IMO. (I'm just guessing though)

tuning boxes are available, the output is modest, about 20-25 hp, but it will elimate the off idle turbo lag

Has anyone tried anything like an intercooler yet? 22 psi of boost could always use better cooling

If anyone has posted a before and after dyno chart for a 2009 CR TDI, I have missed it.

They may have OEM FMIC's but that doesn't mean they are efficient. There could be numerous things blocking them from clean airflow, the charge pipes could be terribly designed, etc.

I haven't really torn into my car to look at any of this stuff so I figured I'd ask the question.

so far it seems like a whole bunch of hoopla.

As for the tunes, i seem to remember reading some posts on here about the factory ECU will slowly return to stock. Did i read that right? any truth to that?

no from what i have been told by Jose at JS performance; apparently the ecu cant see the chip because it is attached to the fuel rail.

IAT's according to Scan Gauge II on my car can be at ambient while cruising down the highway w/o the use of A/C. With the use of A/C they are about 10*F above.
