You get that too? And folks who think buses stop on pennies? I don't much like them, either...

Yeah, I would not want nor expect anyone with a Lexus to change their own light bulb. But they typically have earned the income necessary to pay someone else to do pretty much every menial plebian task in their lives so we all have our place.

I loved this as I worked in service centers and dealers for years.

All VERY TRUE.

The HID lights are an option (not all Priuses have them).
HID in any car are expensive.

It might be "news" to Prius owners who have HID lights. But not all Prius have HID lights.

There are discussions about a lot of things. Of course, people here are supposed to be smarter than Prius drivers.

It's also obvious that HID head lights have nothing to do with hybrid technology. It's silly Prius bashing so people feel superior (no one would have mentioned the issue if it was about some other non-hybrid car).

I don't think it's Prius bashing so much as Prius owner bashing...

Clueless owner/operators aren't exclusive to any model or brand.

This isn't really true. You can't really separate them in the case of the Prius because both are targets of the bashing.
