Default Torque Specs for Timing Pulley Bolt + Serp Pulley to Timing Pulley?

Looking for the torque specs for a MK3 TDI for the single big bolt that connects the cogged timing belt pulley to the crankshaft and then the torque specs for the 4 hex key bolts that connect they serpentine belt tensioner and v-belt pulley to the timing belt pulley.
