Default Where is the glow plug relay located in a 2000 Jetta TDI?

I have a 2000 Jetta TDI and want to replace the glow plug relay switch as I am no longer getting power to the glow plugs. I can't find the location of the relay switch. Can anyone help?

Relay 180 on the thirteenfold auxillary relay panel, below steering column, left.

It's expensive, so you might want to do an output test with VCDS. It will cycle the glow plugs on and off repeatedly and it's obvious when the contacts are working.

Thanks. Thought I would ask before I started to pull all the panels off. Purchased a new Bosch relay for $34 online, instaed of paying the dealer 6 times that amount.
