Default Engine won\'t start, glow plug light flashing

My Golf IV TDI 2000 won't start, the glow plug light keeps flashing, I have checked the fault code with my vagcom and gotten the following errors, I don't have the bentley CD would someone be able to tell me what is happening, I am suspecting the fuel Pump (actually dreding it's not the pump).

17570 FUEL TEMP SENSOR(G81) SHORT TO GROUND 35-10 INTERMITTENT.
17970 QUANTITY ADJUSTER(N146) UPPER LIMIT REACHED 35-10 INTERMITTENT.
17969 QUANTITY ADJUSTER(N146) CONTROL DEVIATION 35-10 INTERMITTENT.
18009 RELAY FOR VOLTAGE SUPPLY TERMINAL 30 (J317) IMPLAUSIBLE SIGNAL 35-00.
17655 NEEDLE LIFT SENSOR(G80) OPEN OR SHORT TO PLUS 35-00.

If it's not the pump, it's the wiring TO the pump. And the #3 injector.

Inspect the wiring from the pump to the ECU. A connector may be loose or something may have chewed through the wires.

IF you have a Tuning Box check it and the wiring as above post. All those codes are from the electronics of the pump.
