Default 2006 Jetta TDI DSG PKG2 Navi FS

I retired last May 1 and I am finding that my annuity doesn't really support a car payment.........
I am probably buying a 96 Passat TDI which I won't owe money on.....
The car has 30743 miles and all service has been performed by me using the Motul Specific 505.01 Oil The price is 26,000 and is not really negotiable IM or E-mail me if interested we can talk......

I ordered this Car from Chris at VW of Langhorne PA back in March of 2006, it was the first time I have ever special ordered a VW. I took delivery on the 17th of June 2006 , I took the Train to Trenton NJ from the DC area and Chris picked me up at the Train Station and we went back to the dealership to do the paperwork and show me the car, it even has my name of the Window sticker!!The car has every option except rear thorax Air bags......
Very sweet car!!
2006 Jetta TDI DSG transmission Package2 with Navigation and XM radio module in North Sea Green with Anthracite Leather interior.
As is usual for me I can't leave a car alone.....Installed the following upgrades!!

GLI Monster Mats,Factory mud flaps, and cargo net in the trunk,Weathertech smoked ventvisors,ESC racing Clear side markers,GLI Pedals,Euro Headlight Switch,Euro Split Mirrors,VW 16" Mugello Style wheels, windows tinted a 35%,Dash cubby,Euro right front under seat drawer,Euro LED tail lights(Rear Fog),Euro rear Cupholder,Factory First Aid Kit,Extra Cargo hook in the trunk,Euro front Cupholder,Euro GTI ashtray trim,Factory Front Fog lights, PSI Powerbox 25 HP 29 Ft Pounds Torque! Full Zaino Treatment!! Ipod Adapter in Console
Zender rear lip Spoiler, Euro door edge guards,Emergency warning triangle(mounted in trunk) Chrome GLI Trunk threshhold trim,Perfect fit front end cover

A nice car at a good fair price.. You are gonna miss this car, Tom.

I'd buy it, but I already have two of them. I really like what you have done with it, really nice mods!

You know, I am considering a 2.0 TDI Sportswagen myself.... but I am very concerned that they may come through seriously lacking in options and content compared to what we have become accustomed to.

I found out I was considering a Sportswagen when my wife said she liked the looks..... Is this what happened to you?

Good luck selling this car. It should move fast as it is a nice one.

Great car tomo, hold in there for the price. I sold my pkg2 in SoCal for $26.5k without Navi just 2 months ago. You just have to find the right buyer, someone won't want to wait through all the VW bs for the new releases and they'll pick up your car if they are looking for a loaded Jetta.

Ya know, I find situations like this incredibly roll eyeable, if you get my drift. Here was a one of a kind, tastefully modded like no other's I know of including mine from a mod to mod comparison specimen that was such a good bargain compared to what's coming supposidly by year end. Example: I predicted that the new Jetta CRD's will either be a case of sticker shock or be decontented to a point to where the fence sitter's will be tearing their hair out with disgust. Guess what? From what I have witnessed so far, it's a double fricken whammy, baby! A new loaded up sedan will cost North of $34K (Jetta Sport Wagon is even further North on price) and will not even have dual climatronic, navigation, nor 17" alloy wheel's. We also can't forget that these new CRD's have not had the several year European guinea pig trials we NA's are so used to. Bottom line here is, I think you people missed out on a very unique opportunity to own an extremely rare specimen but, I am extremely proud to be able to offer it to one of my very best and long time customer's and friend to where I will be in charge of it's total service and maintenance for it's entire exsistance, God willing. Later!

Leonard, the elephant in the room is the price of diesel. We all know that in price per mile, our cars still win, but the typical American rarely breaks out the calculator. They only calculate as much as they can look at a price board in front of a fuel station.

I want to sell my Golf but I'm probably going to hold off until gas shoots up this summer. If the D2/RUG spread closes the gap some, I think people will start throwing crazy money at TDIs again (not that they already aren't in some cases - *cough*EBAY*cough*).

At any rate, it's so good to see this Jetta go from good peeps to good peeps at a fair price for all.

Sure, the price of fuel is a factor for those with blinder's on. However, those with the blinder's on should be ones that will just say frick it and go buy a toyonda and probably would/should not be affiliated with this venue. It's me that's supposed to use the fuel prices as an excuse to get your TDI at a lower price, don't you know. Later!
