Best place to jack New Beetle up for Jack Points

I want to use my better floor jack to swap tires rather than the little flimsy emergency jack provided by VW. Where is the safest and best place to place the jack under so I can jack up the New Beetle and swap tires?

You can use:
the frame rail or I normally use the control arm (rear bushing).

in the rear,
frame rail or I jack the beam

On my wagon, I can lift up the entire side of the car with a floor jack under the forward jacking point using a urethane pad at the pinch-seam.

I use the same place the factory jack goes. I have a block that is slit to slip over the frame rail. It goes beteen the floor jack and the frame rail.
