So the only other person that I know with a European CCM, sedan and trunk handle is Herbert and he's parted his car out.

SVTWEB's Bora is no longer with Kennedy so I don't know anyone else to ask.

After making the modifications if the car is unlocked and I open the trunk with my handle, the car locks. When I close the trunk, the alarm goes off.

So I put everything back for now.

Any ideas? I'm thinking maybe a different value for the first two memory addresses?

Well,

I tried a bunch of things on my CCM. I put in ARD's value of 10 for the first channel. No go. Does the same thing as setting it to 2.

I tried 74, don't ask me why and nothing. Put it back to 72 which was stock.

Lito, have you tried pulling the interior trunk release with the car unlocked (does your car still have this?)

Sadly, my UniCom has stopped working, and my other aftermarket cable is to 'dumb' to support VDS :(

Jason, I think there was a known issue with Unicom (maybe it was ISOCOM?) and some solder joints failing. Uwe fixes them, I THINK, but don't quote me on that.

I'm sure it doesn't hurt to ask!

You 're asking about the emergency handle? Yes, I have it but it's a mechanical operation.

The handle pulls a cable which activates the latch opening. So it should still work. Why are you asking? Got an idea?

I sent an email to the KVW100 guy and he shot me back some things to try. IT WORKED!

OEM Autowindow now enabled.

Lito--

Well, no go for me. For the record, I have a 2004 jetta wagon with a 1C0 959 799 C module, and so far I haven't seen any posted addresses that match with what's in my CCM. I'll hold out hope, though!

For your information, I read all of the addresses you have here, and came up with:

address old / new -- mine

04295 xxx / 64 -- 48

04283 138 / 64 -- 1

04289 138 / 2 -- 255

08628 242 / 246 -- 255

12724 250 / 254 -- 255

16820 242 / 246 -- 255

20916 250 / 254 -- 255
Still looking for a way to dump the entire contents of the EEPROM (which I just determined today has a start address of $1000 = 04096).

I was wondering the same thing. Someone said something about using VDS PRO with a script to do the CCM mod. Guess we need to RTFM to find out how to write a script!

Forgot to mention for other readers (think I told you, Lito), I've transferred VDC to a bootable flash drive so I have the ability to save log files, as well as the ability to easily write scripts to the directory. So if anyone knows how to write scripts for VDC (e.g., read memory contents from $1000 to $5FFF and write them to a log file), it would be a HUGE help!
