SUNRG... is the Excellium DID actually a newly formulated Elf oil, or just a new certification (502.00) for the existing secret recipe?
Currently dubless, but formerly:

In a nut shell, VW AG is adding those oils to its list of approved oil for both the consumer and dealerships to use.

They are listing which of their specs each of the two oils meet.

I think the rest is pretty much understood.
