Here it is!

Post your results like this:

Driver:
Miles:
Gallons:
Model Year:
Model:
Tranny:
Fuel type:

Please post ALL of your tanks for the month.

Individual tanks are also much easier for me to deal with rather than monthly totals. I.e. either post a monthly total at the end of the month OR post individual tanks throughout the month, DO NOT DO BOTH. Thanks! ;)

Sorry, John. Didn't know that was a pain in your spreadsheet. :D Will do from now on.

If I give month-to-date totals, it is for information purposes, to allow you to make sure your data is correct. I still remember being told to "park the car". :D
Still, this is very good for this time of the year in Minnesota.
1/2/06 - Rogers, MN - $16.14
315.1 mi - 7.036 gal - 44.78 mpg - $2.294/gal - 5.12¢/mi
507.1 km - 26.634 L - 5.25 L/100km - 60.6¢/L - 31.42 km/$

Also, the spreadsheet to date is posted here (xls).

My best milage so far (2010 miles on the car), and I waiting a little longer than normal for the foam to go down this fill up. (though I could have waiting longer yet I think)

I listed the fuel as B2, but just before I bought this tank MN suspended the law requiring B2, so I'm not sure if this is really B2.

Didn't they suspend this law a few months ago?

B2 or not B2, that is the question. Whether 'tis better....

1st tank with 0.681 5th - a ~1.25 mpg increase from previous tank - we'll see how it goes.

Actually this was over Dec/Jan but I'll stick it in here. About 25/75 city/highway, highway at 75-80 mph. About 1950 miles at this point.

Gettin ready to go from Ohio,Lake Havasu,Pomona,San Fran,Ohio next week. Got my new .681 gear so it'll be a good test. I'll top off and record each tank.
I'll try to keep tabs on the speeds we drive too. It'll be my first chance in a year and a half to run an ENTIRE tank of fuel out without stopping. Should be about 7 fill ups in a weeks time.

It's really, really bad to run your injector pump dry.... Ask around... dont do it, your Bosch VE pump relies on on diesel fuel to keep it cool and lubricated... the last 1/2 gallon in your tank will be hot and thin. I'm just trying to save you some money and injectro pump damage.
Sorry that isn't what I meant. Just down till the low fuel light comes on.

This trip was Minneapolis, Chicago, Minneapolis at an average speed of 75 mph!!! At times I was having to do 85 mph just to keep up with traffic in Illinois. Wonder what the mileage would have been at 55 mph?

2x dose of PS white. 90% suburban driving (some stop lights, speeds from 30 to 50 MPH), 10% highway at 60 MPH (true). Some of the coldest weather this winter here, from 0*F to 40*F.

I have my own 300 gallon tank that I share with a friend in town and mixed 150 gallons of D2 with 100 gallons of D1. When I filled the 300 gallon tank in November with D2 I had added a double dose of power service but the D2 started to cloud at -10*F and I did not want to be stranded with gelled fuel.
