anyone heard of this code? I looked it up and its not listed ina few different systems. I was told it might be EGR related?

i have the same model year jetta tdi

it is egr... i just got this code on my vag com..

19586 egr system regulation limit exceeded
p3130-35-10----- intermittent

i got this and was on here just now because i couldn't find it in bentley.. surprising as i have the newest bentley manual on cd... even though the code is somewhat obvious as i have the egr completely disconnected and the ecu egr modification in place.

i was hoping to see some kind of extra info attached to the code in the bentley manual.. just for the hell of it.

http://forums.tdiclub.com/showthread...ighlight=p3130 another.. i will list more

--- some of what is achieved by searching for p3130... so it seems.. check for a vacuum leak, make sure your egr and/or intake isn't clogged, could be the mass airflow sensor.. maybe more. usually not a big deal.

this thread sums it up a bit more i spose.. i'd like to know what the procedure for checking the maf is in vag-com... of course i will have to search for that as well.
