Default powerless passat 2001 AVF -96kW TDI

No power under 3000rpm. Engine goes to limp-mode when using higher revs. MAF (actual) is always lower than MAF spesified. Charge pressure is ~2300mbar at max. Car has driven 190Mm.

I changed brand new:

-"Air Mass Meter" MAF(I tried with two pierburg and Bosch)
-N75 solenoid ventile for turbo charger
-garrett turbo charger

-katalysator is OK
-EGR is OK
-intake manifold cleaned

Car is still powerless. Also this kind alarm appears in VAG-COM:

1 Fault Found:
17965 - Charge Pressure Control: Positive Deviation
P1557 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Have you any ideas what is wrong in my car? I am really thankfull if you can help me.

My Passat PD 130 went into limp-mode after I knocked a vacuum pipe loose when checking the state of the inlet manifold.
On the firewall immediatedly behind the engine there are several black shiny vacuum pipes. Check they are all connected at both ends.
