Heated steering wheel

Is there one for a 2001 Golf? Thanks!

I don't think one was ever offered for the Mk4.

I agree, I don't think either the Golf, Jetta, GTI nor Passat came with a heated steering wheel.

Audi A6/C5 chassis did (4 spoke US Market) and would "bolt" up, but it would require a fair amount of custom work to function ... if it could be done at all.

I would think a heated gear shifter would be more meaningful! Eventually you'll produce enough engine heat to pump air from the vents and at your hands on the steering wheel, but when the hand is down there hanging out with the shifter there's nothing! (I find I have to bring it up and stick it next to the vent to bring it back to life.)

The only VW that had that from back then was the Phaeton.

And, by proxy, the Touareg.

(I retrofitted the heated wheel to our V10)
