Is the solenoid clicking when you apply power to it, either by the key switch or externally?

Does your glow plug light come on when you turn the key?

Do you have power (12V) at the top of the injection pump solenoid for a second when you turn the key? You will need help for this since the power goes off if the car is not cranking and is not running.

Answer these and we can go from there.

Thank you Abacus,
I will try all of them either today or tomorrow and get back here to give my results.

Finally got the ol girl running.
I had my brother in-laws dad look at it and I guess there is a check valve between the tank and the pump that was stuck closed.
She is running good now

It’s under the access hatch in the trunk, held on by 3 screws. There are 2 of them and they have arrows indicating the direction of flow. They are also different sizes and colors.

It’s the black and white valves on the hoses at the top of the picture.
