Need help doing a clutch and Timing belt in Los Angeles/orange county area

I'm in need of help in doing a clutch and TB on my 99.5 ALH golf. I don't have the necessary tools to do the job and I'm also very low on funds. I have the clutch and timing belt kit. I have the know how on doing the work but would appreciate the help too but really need the tools and vagcom. Thanks in advance!

I'm in Los Alamitos but can drive out, I just need to get this done
