I have a 98 ALH TDi Beetle and an 08 BEW. I have collected a load of engine parts for the ALH but I'm now going in a different direction with that car.

Will any of the following bought for the ALH fit on my BEW?

VNT-17/22 Hybrid turbo
Drill/tap for EGT probe/gauge on said turbo
Kerma cold air intake
ARP Head studs
EGR cooler delete pipe
150pd manifold and EGR delete
HFLO-X .260 race nozzles and injectors
FMIC
3 bar MAP

Thanks in advance.

The turbo (with a smart actuator), CAI, pd150 intake, and head studs will work on the BEW. The injectors/nozzles will not, and the fmic will with changes to the stock boost pipe set up.

Head studs are different lengths between the ALH and BEW. I believe BEW head bolts are longer than the ALH

A tune can take care of the "smart actuator" if your turbo doesn't have one.

The FMIC will bolt up fine if both cars are mk4. (I'm not sure across the pond if 08 was still mk4)

As mentioned, injectors/nozzles will not work at all

Ok, so a handful of bits then, thanks.

ALH swapping the 08 could be done, but the BEW has done 166k without a single running issue, whereas the ALH has done 108k and isn't running right lol.
