Valve cover torque specs?

Changing the valve cover as mine is leaking. Tried searching, but a million things came up. What are the valve cover torque specs? If it's anything like my Z, it's light. Like 5 lbs. Or does anyone know where I can find a downloadable PDF of the FSM (need this anyway for other things)? It came with the breather and the breather tube / gasket that goes into the valve cover, and another large gasket I'm not sure where it goes. Also, I'm assuming no RTV on the corners or anything?

P.S. ordered the rock auto one, came with everything you need, it's the same one KERMA sells based on part number.

Thanks. favorited that link. I'll def be swapping to hex bolts I think since one of the stupid allens stripped. thought i had some extractors around here some where. Guess I'll pick some up and finish tomorrow. Probably why the old gasket is leaking. Way over torqued.
