I ordered new heavy duty top mounts from ECS. I will update as to whether this fixes the problem.

Update: I installed two new ECS Tuning rear shock top mounts this morning. It turns out the problem wasn't the mount, instead the nut holding the rear shock mount to the top of the shock was a little bit loose causing the rattle. My wagon is quiet as a mouse now.
