List of Trusted TDI mechanics?

Does this club still maintain a list of trusted TDI mechanics? It used to be a google doc, I think.

Hi again. I found references to the mechanic list in the forums, but I can't tell how up to date they are.

I also found a cool google map of them.

How do mechanics get on the list, and why are some names in Red while others are not?
