May be sold out, did you log into VW Plus website and try other theatres?

If you refresh the page it tells you that you're on the wait list for the theater you selected.

They'll email you the tickets if someone else cancels.

I doubt anyone will actually cancel their ticket even if they can't make it. Maybe try different theaters to see if any of them have any tickets available. The two near me are sold out. Going any further wouldn't be worth it for me.

I just got a reminder email for me to confirm that I will be attending or if I would like to free up my tickets.

Wasn't expecting it but I actually got an email saying seats have become available. I guess some people actually did cancel once they got the reminder email.

Ajax showing was 70% full.

Nice of VW to offer the pre-screening with soft drinks, pop corn and candy.
