Re my passat tdi 1.9 awx turbo noise

http://youtu.be/mjYcYx2pLmY have a passat 1.9 tdi awx 130 2001 it's making some noise when you change gear or let of the power I have cleaned it up and it's less noisey but still make a wooshing sound when changing gear it feels like the turbo is boosting and drives fine I have made a video of it it has also had new intercooler but the guy who owned the car before me fitted it the pipe were it going from intercooler to other pipe blew out I have fitted it back but am unsure if the is the problem

I found the insert in the turbo had play and was hitting of the casing of turbo. Problem sorted new turbo
