I'm unfamiliar with your tune, therefore, I have no idea what it's written to. What does the actual do at the same time?

Really, when trying to trouble shoot, you should look at all pressures and temperatures before starting the car and after warm. It will tell you a lot.
Fuel temp and air temp should be the same when the car is cold. Fuel temp will increase slowly as the vehicle warms up. This is due to the return fuel warming it up.
Air mass temperature can go down when driving, usually nominal, and goes back up a bit when sitting.
If either temperature doesn't change, or neither are close at startup then the sensor that's the furthest from ambient at first will be wrong.
