2015 Passat TDI SEL with Climatron. Update. Dealership escalated to VW Corporate. After some polite dancing, they will do nothing. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE.. No air flow means no defrost and no removal of humid air causing window fogging.
I had a Honda Pilot with a vaguely similar issue and required replacement of functionality relay.
Does anyone know where air door relay is located? What number on relay?
Fan runs but doors don't open after 40 mins. No codes on Climatron. No foam ejecting from vents.
Any help is appreciated.
