I have tried P-Blaster and time, and more P-Blaster and time, and no help. I don't have a large vise to hang to cartridge by and a synchronous pounding helper. If I remove the cold side cover can I heat the whole assembly in an outdoor oven? Will that even work? I wonder what the turbo rebuilders are doing to remove the CHRA's without marring the exhaust manifold?
Any and all success stories are welcome.

Hit the housing with a torch so it expands a bit relative to the CHRA.
