CUAA engine exhaust pressure valve fault code

Did a scan on the car today and i got an exhaust pressure valve intermittent fault code. Is this something that needs to be sorted, problem down the road? ( excuse the pun)


However the car is showing no symptoms of the fault, no engine light etc and full power seems to be there. i wouldn't have known unless i done a scan.

Lesson I have learned on any TDI with DPF is get it fixed NOW. Of course the govn't emissions in US tend to be stricter in some senses, and that it causes us more headaches.

If I had a guess that would be the flap in the exhaust, behind the sub-frame and main catalytic converters. That valve likes to get rusted and stick anywhere that salts the roads.
