Hello!
I'm just discovered that my camshafts are worn out on my V6 TDI. It is a 2002 (late 2001) AKE 180Hp engine mounted in a Audi 2,5TDI quattro. So I though if I have to replace the camshafts is there any funnier or more like performance camshafts to replace with? it seems that when camshafts worn out the lifters also do so.
How about the Berings? Are those also replaceable or are they mashined in the head?
Do you recommend other work to be done at the same time? Of course I will replace the timing belt and tensioner and water pump.
