I changed my rear brake pads Friday. 2003 Jetta 90k miles on them.
Used OEM pads from VW Mexico $45 from dealer in Mexico.
I have brake caliper tool and cranked pistons back .
Job was easy.
Flushed brake and clutch using OEM DOT 4 fluid.

But brakes feel strange or squishy.
It seems like if I hold hard to the pedal is will very slowing sink to the the floor if I waited long enough.
I checked each wheel for leaks and cant find any.

I removed brake fluid when changing brakes so not to get over flow.
Flushed brake same as other cars
I had someone pump pedal and hold and as I bleed each wheel.

Is there some other way to bleed brakes w/o VW Flush tool?

I don't see how air could have got into system.

Anyone have ideas?
