The timing belt work work was combined with a service that included a fuel filter, a cabin filter and a brake service. All together I paid $1200 Canadian, with the belt and pump making up around $1,000 of that cost. All VW parts.

For reference in about the TSI 4Mo, just did 360 miles in the past 3 days, 90% highway, hand calced MPG = 28.6 MFD stated 30-32MPG.

TSI 4Mo is not a fuel friendly ride, the turbo just zaps the MPG anytime you get on it.

Granted this is on winter blended 87 RUG, with stock 17", should be a little better in summer months.
