Default Could I replace a non steering wheel control car with a steering wheel with controls?

I really like the jetta steering wheels with cruise and radio controls, but my 04 jetta does not have them, I was wondering if anyone had replaced there steering wheel with one of these and will it work with the radio that I have currently in my car (monsoon double din CD)? Is it bluetooth or is it hardwired through the steering wheel? Any comments will be appreciated.

That looks pretty intense, but it may be different on a MKIV?

If I wanted that badly enough I think I would look for a car that had one from the factory to upgrade to.
