Hello,
Looking for a clean TDI with low/mid miles (around 100K). Year 2000-2003.
Im in California, but will go almost anywhere in the us for the right car.
I want to run it off veggie oil.

4Gman, Welcome to the club. I run a TDI specific dealership/TDI specific repair facility in Fullerton,CA (near Disneyland) with the largest selection of pre-owned TDI's in NA. You can PM me, email me at: wrmltd@pacbell.net, or call me direct at: (310) 721-4867 to get a rundown of inventory. You also have Steve of Ahl Motors in Ukiah,CA who carries a good selection of prime TDI's in stock as well. Later!

Thanks.
Just called that number and they have lots of nice fully loaded TDIs.
A 2000 Jetta GLS @ 13,500$ sounded tempting. But I think after tax etc.
15,000 is out of my price range.

Still looking for a TDI, any TDI
just NOT the NB. (no offense)

Oh, that was you that called, eh? Yea, even with a tdiclub discount my units will still be more than you may want to spend. I would say one way you may do better is to scan the for sale section here and try to locate one from a known club member in order to eliminate the chances of purchasing a money pit. The key will be to find one at your affordability criteria without having to break the bank by having to bring it up to our standards from a service and maintenance standpoint or out of state travel or transport, etc. Later!
