2013 Jetta TDI with Premium 6 SPD Manual

Alright so heres the deal, I am looking to sell my 2013 Jetta TDI with Premium. The car is the 6 speed manual with all options except navigation (didnt like the smaller screen). Blue exterior with black interior and tinted windows (20%). Fender audio sounds great and I love the car. Miles today is 9,700. I usually get between 53 and 56 MPG tank average. My commute is between 55 and 65 MPH for 20 miles about 5 miles city. I hate to let it go but I have to get rid of the payment in order to qualify for the house we want. I am currently leasing the car so I am selling for $24,000 OBO (below payoff) for the next owner. There is also the option of lease takeover. Never been in an accident and has clean car fax.
