I have my Passat b5.5 AVF. And waning to do the egr delete. I'm wanting to get old of a delete 'racepipe'. I have already got a remapped ecu. What's the best one that will work with my car?
The intake pipe on mine is clipped so do I need to modify it?
I'm also wanting to do the same on the Mrs's golf mk4 tdi. Hers has the ahf 1.9 tdi. I will also be taking the intake off and cleaning all the egr gooo out of the manifold .

I have an AVF Passat with the EGR deleted. It was relatively simple with mine as it had no cooler. I would recommend a kit like this one: http://www.darksidedevelopments.co....di-pd130-pd150-egr-delete-race-pipe-57mm.html

I also needed this elbow to make mine work: http://www.darksidedevelopments.co....cing-90-degree-elbow-silicone-boost-hose.html
So I'm after a 57mm one for my car? I contacted darkside and they reckon I need 51mm but they list both for the avf passat. I measured mine and it's larger than 51.
I'm on a slight budget and 50quid is a bit now I live in nz and earn pennies a week. I've found some on aliexpress that look to be quite good quality and equates to $32nzd

If it's not good enough then I can modify something o fit. I was also thinking of getting an aftermarket elbow to fit it to my intake pipe.
