Hey Y'all,

This is William from north Louisiana. This is my first post, so I appreciate you all bearing with me as I learn. I have a 2005 Passat TDI GLS Wagon. with approximately 80,000 miles. Automatic Transmission and to this point, bone stock. I have purchased one of Malone Tuning's Stage II Tunes, Flashzilla, Front mount intercooler, XMan 56 mm Turbo, 2.5" downpipe and "Scrubber" or test pipe. I am looking for the proper injectors and was wondering if any of y'all had used the DBW LLC Power Plus 764 Stage 5 nozzles? Or would there be a better nozzle for my application than these? I'm trying to not get too outrageous with the mods. I'm new to TDI's and hope this wouldn't compromise my reliability or longevity . Thank you all,

William

You have PD engine 2.0tdi with DPF, so that nozzles are not good for you. Depending on the turbo you bought and your goals, it's possible to keep you injectors, Just install fmic, turbo and downpipe.

There are just too many to list....
The BHW does NOT have a DPF.

OP: I would worry more about the balance shaft drive before anything else. And yes, your mods will compromise reliability, and driveability.

I'm not as familiar with the BHW, but I would follow what the last few posters mentioned as far as advice.

But when you address the other issues, you're going to want to get nozzles for a PD engine, since that is what you have in your Passat. What you listed for nozzles is for an earlier generation engine or VE.

Here are a few nozzle options for when you're ready.
You mentioned DBW LLC here are a few options he offers:
http://www.dbwllc.net/product/bosio-power-plus-1043-150hp-and-passat-pd-engines/
These next ones are for when you are going after 200-250 hp and can be a little bit smokey.

Another option is getting either your nozzles or have a set of nozzles of your choosing setup on a set of injectors from Darkside Developments.
https://www.darksidedevelopments.co.uk/products/firad-50-80-100-120-160-injector-nozzles-for-1-9-2-0-8v-pd-engines.html

Either way you'll wanna get a set of nozzles for what your end goal is, since it's a lot harder and more expensive to swap the nozzles on PD injectors than VE nozzles.
