Hello, I have problem that almost half year ago lost power from 1500-2500 rpm. Loss of power I mean that turbocharger doesn't generate enough boost till 2600 rpm. Here is crappy video with Scangauge II and wide open throttle.

For better accuracy I am attaching VAGCom log file where is seen rpm's and boost pressure (3rd geat WOT):
I like to drive in eco mode with low rpms. Thought that my turbochargers VTG has clogged. But after reading forum i understood that VTG was malfunctioning it would be opposite good power but then car switches to limp mode. Mine doesn't do this.
Please give advice what to do.
P.S. There is no engine errors.
