I see Id parts has an after market bearing and fork but I'm a little worried about the quality??? Pulling the trans isn't the easiest job so I want to make sure I'm not pulling the trans in a few months to change a bearing again. Any options or opinions on this ? Thanks

Wont be an issue, didn't you get a new throw out bearing with the clutch kit? Just use that, it will last.

Change the pivot ball and clip while in there, also possibly the 'input shaft and seal'

If you change these things now they will most likely outlast the car.

I bought a south bend and it didn't come with a bearing? So I'd parts bearing should be fine? Input what and seal are know to fail also? Any recommendations on where to get these items?
