I went to the San Marcos Air and Car show this weekend specifically to meet one person there. Dick Cole, the last living crew member of the Doolittle Tokyo raid was going to be there. I managed to talk with him some and get some autographs of his book and some pictures. He is 102 years old now and is in remarkable health for his age. Still up walking around and in good mental health. Considering the heat I was surprised he was out even. 102 degrees on the airport concrete isn't that fun!
