So I've been having some issues with my A/C and after getting it charged ("fixed" it for about 3 days) and taking it by 2 different shops, charge is good but there's some kind of electrical problem, where it seems the radiator fan(s) aren't kicking in on the higher blower speeds. Everything works fine on the lowest blower fan setting, compressor engages, blows cool air, etc. Just not very much cool air.
From talking to the a/c shops and doing research it looks like it's going to be either the blower resistor or the fan control module, maybe both.
I hear everybody mention the "resistor pack", however the only blower resistor I found is here:

Is this the same thing? And how exactly do I get to it?
