2006 TDI bug

2006 TDI bug. We have been having a no start problem and have replaced 249 and I believe 106 that did absolutely nothing for me replace the oil fuel filter that did nothing I finally found out that there is a clog in the air intake tube of the turbo but I can’t find where the clog is. It is somewhere where the tube goes into the frame of the car. Anyone have any idea of how to get down in there to clean that out? Thank you very much

From the underside. You should be able to put the front end up on stands, peel off the belly pan and side skirts, and see all the bottom tubes. A mechanic's creeper comes in handy.

BTW, how did you "find out" there's a clog in the air tract?
