Lower radiator hose

I need to replace the lower rad hose on my ALH.

Is there any difference between the ALH and BEW hoses?
They're sold as ALH or BEW specific, but they look exactly the same in pictures. They also have the same part number for some reason, 1J0122051J

The reason I ask is because I can get the hose out of a 2.0 Jetta (same as BEW hose) from my local scrapyard tomorrow, but I want to make sure it will be a direct fit.

Maybe its just me, but I don't think I would put a used hose from a scrapyard on my car.

Even if it's just the hose itself, if the local auto parts store had one I would go new for peace of mind.
