Help with error code P2453

Hello,

I am new to this forum and I am looking for some help with the error code mentioned above.

I first received an error code - P0470, then P0472, and I replaced the pressure sensor(s) with part numbers -

076-906-051A and 051B - Does anyone have information on where A & B should be respectively? I have read many conflicting ideas/statements online as to where each of these is located specifically. Some diagrams have shown it as G450 and G451, others show it as G450 and G505 for these replacement parts. Can someone tell me which is which for certain?

Since the original errors are now clear, and I am left with the final error of P2453 - Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor A Circuit Range / Performance - does this mean that I need to replace the filter itself or have it flushed? Do I need a VAGCOME to reset the computer after replacing the part(s) and force the recognition of the new part(s)?

Looking for some help from someone that has experience with this same issue.

IIRC from my reading VCDS is needed to re-calibrate after a dpf swap.
