Meet Anneliese, my 2013 Passat TDI SEL in Tungsten Silver

I installed my OEM Style HID's this weekend and thought I'd post a picture. I don't think I have seen any other pictures of these lights with Tungsten Silver.

Looks good. Where did you get the headlights from? (vwvortex group buy?) did you have to play with vagcom to get them to work properly?

No vagcom changes required

I purchased the lights on eBay from winpower2008 (http://r.ebay.com/zF9vlN). They are listed for $748.00, but made several offers and counter offers until we both agreed on a price of $690.00 shipped, which included everything needed for direct replacement.

Installed myself. It took less than an hour. The hardest part was re-installing the front grille.

No vagcom changes required.
