Oil Drain Plug Torque Setting

Can't find my book & can't find the answer thru search - although I'm sure it has to be here somewhere...


Can anyone give me the factory torque value for the 1.9L PD engine oil drain plug?

On the older models (ALH) it's 22 Ft*Lbs... I imagine it's the same for the PD...

I use the German torgue setting "guttentite".

I'd guess closer to 30 NM - whatever that translates to. But I don't have a PD. But I do have a Bentley's. What is that - 22-ish ft/lbs? Look that up please. If that calc is right, so is Yuri.

30 NM does equal about 22 ft/lbs according to my digitork.
