CCV issue?

Hello everyone!

Soo I noticed i have oil leaking out of my oil fill cap on the valve over and possibly another leak on the oil pan and valve cover gasket all of a sudden..

I unhooked the breather hose that goes to the intake on the valve cover and i feel nothing at all coming out.

1.How do these get clogged?
2. How do i go about unclogging it so it properly vents? Do i need a new valve cover or is there a way to clean it?

This is on a Bew engine with the black plastic valve cover

I really doubt it's plugged. Can you blow through it?

What u mean blow through it...its still installed on the car.. if i disconnect the hose there is no pressure coming out.

Oil fill cap is oily around like if i spilled a bunch of oil..but i didnt
