It sounds like you added a CCV system?
If so, remove it and put the original hose back. A plugged add on CCV will do exactly what you are talking about.
I had concerns about the setup originally, but the oil into the system has not affected anything, the higher up the tubes to the intake you go, the less oil and I pulled my EGR at 30k, and it was very clean. Intake was clean. Basically no need for it.
And while I am not in Oilhammer class remotely, I have worked on diesel engine (generator and fire pumps), and shared the concern (alarm) of plumbing the turbo suction side to the EGR. It proved to be not an issue, VW looks to have desinged the system to accommodate the oil in the tubing and it needs no more parts added (adding parts always leads to other issues)
On the other hand, if you have the original hose, you just check that for being clear. If it is, then its sounding like a ring issue (ie blow by gases into the crank).
