I was reading that a GTI has some similar suspension parts as the Golf except the Golf's is less sporty (e.g. 22mm bar vs 25mm bar).
If I wanted a thicker sway bar, or GTi brakes, and can find them (parted out or such) is it a swap? Anyone try this?
I kinda miss my 09 GTi handling (although the ride is much smoother on my Wolfburg-built Golf).
Just curious. Not doing anything soon. Have to put receiver hitch up (from the GTi, glad it mates up), and getting tinting done this weekend.
Also, does the FAQ list all the chip mod companies? When my warranty is up, I will go with stage one or two but undecided with whom (recommendation appreciated). Thanks! Great forum!
